Every Postaga user on a paid plan can edit the email signature that shows up at the bottom of every email. It can have plain text, HTML, or it can even be blank (if you would prefer to just include the email signature in your email templates).
Each user’s email signature can be edited in their Profile page in Postaga.
If you scroll down to the bottom, you will see the area for Custom Signature.
If the signature is disabled, or you are on a free account, then at the bottom of your emails it will say “PS: We use Postaga to supercharge our outreach”.
If you click the checkmark, you can edit your email signature in the text box that appears.
You can use either plain text or HTML signature. HTML email signatures can include images in them. Plain text email signatures cannot include images – only text.
If you would like to select plain text or HTML for your signature, on the bottom-right part of the text box, you can click the purple icon. Then, you can paste in your signature.
The email signature will preview below the text box for an HTML email signature.
If you want to create an email signature that includes an image and styling, HTML is the way to go. There are free tools available online (see Hubspot’s signature generator tool) that can help you create your own customized HTML signature.
When you are happy with how your signature looks, you can click the Save button on the bottom of the page.
Once saved, that will be the user’s email signature moving forward for campaigns, whether they have not been created yet, are in progress, or are currently active.
What if I don’t see the option to edit my signature?
If you do not see the option to enable/disable your Custom Signature, it means that you are not on a paid Postaga plan. If you upgrade your account, you will be able to edit your signature.
